7. Arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. The losing party shall bear the costs of arbitration. 8. General Terms. Choice of Laws and Venue. Courts of the State of California retain the sole power to order arbitration, confirm any resulting award, or grant urgent relief related to the arbitration process. Severability. If any provision of this Statement is invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Statement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Statement constitutes the entire agreement regarding digital accessibility between the parties and replaces any prior agreements. Headings. The headings used in this Statement are for stylistic purposes only, and none of the content in the headings is intended to be legally binding. Assignment. Magnitude Cheer’s rights under this Statement may be freely assigned and licensed to any entity.
